Please be aware that once payment is made, it is non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the reason. This no-refund policy is effective immediately upon registration. We want to emphasize that registration fees are non-transferable to other events or participants. Growth Expo incurs costs and commits resources based on the number of registered participants; hence, we are unable to provide refunds once payment is received. Additionally, in the event of changes to the event schedule, venue, or other details by Growth Expo, this no-refund policy remains in effect.
