b. Use of Likeness: By participating, you grant Growth Expo the right to use images, video, and other media capturing your likeness for promotional purposes.

6. Liability and Insurance

a. Liability: Growth Expo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.

b. Insurance: Participants are encouraged to carry their insurance coverage for property, liability, and other relevant risks.

7. Termination of Participation

Growth Expo reserves the right to terminate the participation of any business for violation of these terms and conditions or any inappropriate behavior during the event.
